Roy Moore can't be stopped, but perhaps might be ejected.

Roy Moore can still win and the senate can't stop him.

Senate Republicans face a dire reality in Alabama following sexual misconduct accusations about Roy Moore, their Senate nominee in Alabama: They want Moore gone from the race but are largely powerless to make that happen.

Drat.

Powell v McCormack (1969) was probably a good call as to the power to deny an elected person a seat, under clause one of Article I, Section 5, but now is very annoying.

But perhaps he could be impeached for bad conduct or first seated and then thrown out under clause two of Article I, Section 5.

Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.

Worth a try, anyway.

Let the courts figure it out.

Update, 11/11/2017.

Remember "nymphettes"?

If guilty, that does not make Moore a child molester, as the Dem propaganda talking heads are now saying.

You say "child molester" or "kiddie rapist" we think kids, say, around 4, 5, or 7, 10 at most.
