A women's rally in Alabama to defend and support Moore, led by his wife

Ah, the power of positive thinking.

A rally for personally and politically motivated denial.

Moore's wife says at the rally, covered by MSNBC, that she's been married to him for thirty years and he never raised a finger to her.

My wife said she's not fourteen.

I said spousal abuse is not the issue, anyway.

9 women have now come forward and accused Moore.

And Democratic women like this one, the kind who defended Bill Clinton, are not helping by defending Franken.

I’m a feminist. I study rape culture. And I don’t want Al Franken to resign.

Democrats should not get, nor be seen to get, a pass for the sake of the agenda.

That is exactly what his supporters are doing for Roy Moore, right now.

Gillibrand is right, but I said it at the time and many times since, while she did not.

Why Kirsten Gillibrand saying that Bill Clinton should’ve resigned is a big deal

What he did to ML may have been no more than adulterous and tacky sex with a power-groupie, but it may instead have been coercive abuse of power to a point close to rape.

And then there were the perjury, the accusations of rape dogging him from earlier years, the many lies to the public, and the shameless and absurd defenses of him mounted by Clintonistas, Democratic hacks, and feminist hypocrites.

Because he is as selfish and self-indulgent as far too many power-seekers, he refused to resign, denying Al Gore the chance to complete the term without scandal, and enabling the Republicans to run out the clock on the remains of his presidency with the impeachment carnival.

Meanwhile, the pussy-grabber in the White House with accusers of his own of much worse doings on record has attacked Al Franken for an unwanted kiss and a frat-boy video involving no actual contact, demanding he resign.

More and worse may come out about Franken, but not certainly, and not yet.

Meanwhile, on TV, Moore's wife defends him by denying the credibility of the accusers and the liberal media and emphasising that the Democrat Moore is running against was an Obama delegate at a Democratic convention and is  pro-choice for the whole term of pregnancy, pro-gun control, and pro-transgender rights, while her husband, the opposite of all that, is a devout Christian and a firm defender of Christian marriage and Christian values.
