I see this one going about the way the OJ trial did.
The press will join the defense in making a big deal of
their jibes and mockery of the cops and the court, itself.
News as "reality TV."
This one will be something like "OJ meets Judge Judy."

Why did he have a gun in the room?
Who cares if one of the witnesses who heard shots was a thousand
feet away?
In case you don’t know, guns are really, really loud.
This is only a bail hearing
and nobody should expect the prosecution to already have its case completely
honed, with all their ducks in a neat row.
There is no question he killed her and the only issues for a
court to decide are whether it was murder and if so was it premeditated.
