You have to wonder how TR would have worked out.

He wasn’t exactly thrilled with “hyphenated Americans,” either.

And I have no idea of his views regarding race.

Though The White Man's Burden might speak to that.

Of course, it wasn’t TR who actually wrote it.

And it was consecrated to McKinley’s war, though TR fought in it and approved.
