Speedy trial?

Abbreviated pundit-round-up: 'Poor people's justice is to justice as monkey business is to business'

OK, the liberals made up the affirmative right to counsel and the incorporation eyewash through which they imposed it on the states, it’s true.

But they didn’t make up that bit about a speedy trial.

I guess they just didn’t think it necessary to incorporate it.

Or not enough to get serious and make it stick.

The conservatives sure as hell won't.

They love the constitution like they love the Bible and America.

Just as long as it keeps down rich people's taxes, they love it.

And they love it all the more as they have never read it and never will.
