What’s the main qualification any politician really must have, above all others?

Self-confidence.

Not to put too fine a point on it, arrogance.

So, anybody in show biz is qualified.

On the other hand, all you have to believe is that you really can’t screw it up any worse than others have done and are doing, even now.
