OITNB

Sure, I hate that it's full of up your nose LGBT porn and PC racism.

And this prison is supposed to be for undangerous white collar types like their Martha Stewart stand-in, so why is the population so overwhelmingly majority nonwhite, loaded with unemployable black and 1st generation Hispanic gangsta girls?

Characters for whom, or so it seems, PC racism as a personal bent makes a reasonable amount of sense, though actual racism among the white characters - staff, prisoners, whomever - seems oddly underrepresented or underplayed, even among the guards and clueless hillbilly girls.

But all the same, Orange is the New Black is a great and very well done show whose true stars have been all along, but especially after the first establishing season, its many character actors whose characters are at the center of the show's many simultaneously ongoing stories.

Perhaps more this season than in the past, they really carry it all, and do an amazing job.

Interesting setting for a soap, eh?
